Are you passionate about large scale transformations and creating the future of sustainable mobility? We are looking for a Head of Transformation to lead execution of our transformation program.
In this role you will be part of a Strategy & PMO team driving our transformation journey and we offer you the possibility to make a difference by working with our most critical strategic topics. We have launched a company-wide transformation program with the ambition to deliver over 250M€ of profitability improvement actions by 2027.
We are now looking for a transformation professional to lead and develop our strategy execution and to raise the bar further. You like to ask the difficult questions and are driven to find answers to them together with others. You work systematically to bring clarity and transparency to complex and extensive transformation agenda.
The position will be based in our head office in Helsinki.

Main responsibilities include:
- Program management for our company-wide transformation
- Challenge, spar and secure strategy execution across business units and functions
- Evaluate and identify new improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage methodologies for Project Management Office (PMO) work
- Support, enable and coach others on PMO capabilities
- Contribute to VR strategy development and process
- Master of Science, Technology or Economics, or equivalent
- 5 or more years of work experience from management consulting, or demanding in-house strategy, business development or PMO role
- Collaborative attitude but capable of self-driven and proactive way of working
- Good negotiation skills in a matrix setup: understanding and humble while still challenging actively others
- Excellent skills in analytical problem-solving. Ability to evaluate and conceptualize complex operational and financial topics for decision-making.
- Ability to engage wide range of stakeholders including senior management
- Systematic and structured way of working
- Management experience is considered an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
