Arctic Tree House Hotel
(Main season 11/2024-4/2025)

Guest Service Team takes care of our in-house guests. They ensure that every guest's stay is a lifelong memory and ensure guests feel at home through our service and atmosphere. They work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations. In this role you provide high-end customer service, create itineraries, upsell activites and products. You also correspond with outside suppliers and partners.

We expect strong expertise in the field, teamwork and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication ability. You should also have a driving license and fluent English language skills. Other language skills and knowledge of Opera Cloud are considered as advantage.
We offer the opportunity to work in a team where collaboration and professionalism are valued. You are able to gain experience in a luxury hospitality industry and develop your professional skills in an international atmosphere. Our staff benefits are listed in our career page. Average minimum work hours are 90-112,5 h/3 week. Work is done in shifts from Monday to Sunday with alternating days off.

Hotellin asiakaspalvelutiimi huolehtii, että jokaisen vieraan oleskelusta tulee elinikäinen muisto, ja että vieraat tuntevat olonsa kotoisaksi palvelumme ja ilmapiirimme avulla. He tekevät tiivistä yhteistyötä muiden osastojen kanssa varmistaakseen toiminnan sujuvuuden. Tässä tehtävässä tarjoat korkeatasoista asiakaspalvelua, luot matkasuunnitelmia, myyt aktiviteetteja ja tuotteita. Olet myös yhteydessä ulkopuolisten toimittajien ja yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa. Sinulla tulee olla ajan tasaista tietoa alueen palveluista ja mahdollisuuksista.

Odotamme sinulta vahvaa alan asiantuntemusta, tiimityöskentely- ja ongelmanratkaisutaitoja sekä erinomaista kommunikointikykyä. Sinulla tulisi olla myös ajokortti ja sujuva englannin kielen taito. Eduksi katsotaan muu kielitaito ja Opera Cloudin tuntemus.
Tarjoamme mahdollisuuden työskennellä tiimissä, jossa arvostetaan yhteistyötä. Pääset kehittämään ammattitaitoasi ylellisessä hotellissa kansainvälisessä ympäristössä. Henkilöstöetumme löydät urasivustoltamme. Keskimääräinen vähimmäistyöaika on 90-112,5 h/3 vko. Työtä tehdään vuoroissa maanantaista sunnuntaihin, vaihtelevin vapaapäivin.
