We are looking for a HR Business Partner
to join us in full-time to continue an impactful and exciting journey within the megatrends of sustainability, mobility, HR-tech and financing solutions.

Vapaus Bikes Finland Oy is at the forefront of sustainable mobility services and has been a pioneer in the Employee Benefit Bikes sector since late 2020. Vapaus boasts a mature and scalable business model, evident in its remarkable growth trajectory from €4.5 million in net revenues in 2021 to an impressive €30+ million in 2023. Vapaus has been ranked among Finland's fastest-growing companies and won gold in the European Startup Prize for Mobility 2023.
Vapaus has successfully automated the entire process of employee benefit bikes through its technology platform covering payroll, invoicing, logistics, insurance, and financing. Vapaus is focusing on international expansion, to first penetrate the Swedish market, further enhance platform automation, and catalyse a transformative shift in the financing model, enhancing the overall employer experience.

ABOUT YOU
- You have a degree with an HR background (ex. HR management, psychology or education) or a degree in business administration with an HR focus
- You have a broad HR knowledge that you can apply appropriately in cooperation with various interest groups as well as initial experience in supporting organisational change and change processes
- You are a passionate recruiter and love to get people into the right positions - your confident use of the latest recruitment channels, your good instinct for people and your professional and engaging demeanour help you to do this
- You think strategically and work in a very independent, structured and solution-oriented way
- You appreciate working as part of a growth team and company and are used to working in an international environment
- You communicate clearly and know how to drive things forward with empathy and a solution-orientated approach, even in difficult situations
- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction
- You are a sparring partner for the leadership team, the extended leadership team and employees of Vapaus in Finland, Sweden and internationally. And you accompany them with passion and confidence in their rapid company growth
- From job advertisements and the recruitment of new colleagues to personnel and team development, you are responsible for all HR topics and work on them autonomously
- You are one of the key players in developing company culture and leadership development and support the teams in their organisational development with professionalism and creativity, e.g. through workshops, team-building measures and individual development topics
- Your work closely with our legal and admin experts and also external partners who cover for example payroll administration
- You not only act in your function as a People Business Partner, but also work in various roles and projects that correspond to your preferences and competences
