We are looking for you,
Intelligent Automation Developer
to our Intelligent Automation & Key Expert Network team in the Marketing & Services business unit. You can be based either in Tallinn or Espoo.
You will focus on implementing Marketing & Services’ Strategy Passion for Excellence and Best Customer Experience by automating processes with the RPA (robotic process automation) and other Intelligent Automation solutions. We build our solutions on our Intelligent Automation platform utilizing Ui Path as the main tool. We have over 100 automations in production handling over 20 000 transactions per month.
As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you have a chance to combine hands-on development work with improving your skills in business process automation. You will get involved in our transformation journey as we are designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to replace the current fragmented system landscape.
In our team, you will become part of our growing intelligent automation team consisting currently of 3 experts. We are actively harmonizing and developing our processes to enhance efficiency in our operations. In this job you will work closely with Marketing & Services teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as well as other Intelligent automation developers at Neste. Your role in our team
-
Develop and implement Intelligent automation solutions in cooperation with key stakeholders to improve processes and increase operational efficiency with measurable results

Work in cooperation with other Neste Intelligent automation teams, Business Analysts and other hubs’ developers to define and improve Neste automation standards and ways of working
-
Follow-up on the development and implementation of different automation technologies and share the latest knowledge to the team
-
Create, improve, and maintain Intelligent automation processes, Solution Design Documents, & technical documentations according to commonly defined standards at Neste

Participate User Acceptance Testing with internal customers

Monitor automations after development
-
Participate in development projects as an expert

Attend all relevant Scrum meetings & commit to Sprint deliverables
The best combination to succeed in this role
-
Hands-on RPA development experience with UIPath, Blue Prism, or other similar
-
Hands-on experience working with Machine Learning development and/or Artificial Intelligence
-
Experience of coding with Python, VB.NET, C#, Java or SQL in professional environment
-
Process oriented mindset and experience in business process development and methods e.g. Six Sigma
-
Knowledge in software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, Dev Ops, or Dev Sec Ops
-
Interest in new technologies and intelligent business process automation
-
Experience with databases
-
Proactive and independent approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results
-
Excellent collaboration skills in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with both internal and external parties

B.Sc. including studies in computer science, information technology, or process development area
-
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
-
A forward-looking mindset
-
Knowledge of the GDPR and Know your Customer (KYC) related guidelines
Other strengths we value are experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
