Intermediate level Sales Manager - Data Platforms

We are looking for a intermediate level Sales Manager - Data Platforms whose values resonate with clients core principles: Being Customer Driven, Achieving Together, continuously Keep Learning, and Always Genuine in all interactions.
This role focuses on driving impactful sales and helping organizations to unlock the full potential of their data through industry-leading solutions. You will be responsible for closing sales of clients offerings, ensuring that both individual and team sales targets are met, and supporting growth in your designated customer segment.

The clients Data Platforms empower businesses by optimizing their data, generating insights, and delivering value-added services. Whether supporting B2B or B2C operations, our data-driven solutions help customers improve their operations and create exceptional customer experiences.
Our Data Platforms services include:
- Billing and Invoice Solutions
- Industry Messaging
- Lead direct sales efforts (eg post-event follow-ups, cold calls), either independently or through a sales team, targeting key customers with defined products, services, or solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with a focus on value-based selling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create opportunities
- Handle multiple sales processes simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals and bids.
- Achieve sales targets and meet clients sales and bidding processes
- Experience in sales 1-4 years, preferably within the IT or technology sectors
- Familiarity with Customer Experience Management and a solid grasp of modern sales techniques.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple sales cycles efficiently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Expertise in Customer Experience Management and an ability to apply this knowledge to optimize sales processes.
- A strong sales drive and an ability to handle large customer meetings, respond to tenders, and foster customer development

Location:
3 days per week in office in Espoo Finland with 2 days per week remote possible, candidates must be already based in Finland.
Languages:
Fluent English and Finnish language skills required both spoken and written.
