Our banking client is looking for Scrum Master to join their team in September.

Our banking client is looking for Scrum Master to join their team in September.
About the assignment and your responsibilities:
- Leading one Agile/Scrum team
- Organizing and driving Sprints ceremonies
- Assisting Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
- Working to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
- Supporting Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, eg JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence, Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent understanding of SAFe and the Agile mindset and values.
- Several years of experience as a scrum master
- Experience in IT and preferably in the banking area
- Experience with distributed global teams
- Good knowledge about iterative and incremental development
- Good knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Technical background (developer, tester, IT analyst etc)
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Excellent dependency management skills, structured and self-driven
