The Vitamin Well Group’s strong growth has increased the demand for awesome employees and now we are looking for a superstar to fill the role of Marketing Activation Manager NOCCO for the Finish market.
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Activation Manager to help elevate one of Finland’s most iconic and fastest-growing functional drink brands: Vitamin Well. Embracing our challenger spirit, we are driven by a relentless thirst-for-more mentality and a commitment to innovation.
As our Marketing Activation Manager, you will lead efforts in brand management, events, and ambassador programs to boost brand awareness and drive consumer demand in Finland.
Based in Helsinki, this role reports to the Country Marketing Manager and typically runs Monday to Friday, with occasional travel and weekend events, especially during peak seasons and product launches.
The position is temporary from November 2024 to June 2025, with strong potential for extension or transition into a permanent role as our growth continues.
The Role As Marketing Activation Manager Vitamin Well
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Passionate advocate for the Vitamin Well brand both internally and externally
- Identify brand aligned partnerships
- Support PR initiatives
- Assist on social media plans, strategy and posting
- Support sales and trade marketing initiatives both locally and nationally
- Manage new product launches from start to finish
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align on initiatives and opportunities
AMBASSADOR MANAGEMENT
- Identify new Brand Ambassadors, who are passionate about our brands
- Lead the organization and assist on photoshoots
- Negotiate annual agreements with Brand Ambassadors
- Understand negotiation, planning and logistics of small and large scale events
- Take part in reactive sampling and samplings needed by the wider business (i.e. Customer head office samplings)
- Be a champion for brand execution at events from management of event crew through to ensuring the brand is well represented at all times
- Sponsor community events
- Oversee communication around events both from partner and own channels

To succeed you bring with you:
- FMCG Marketing Experience or interest in following marketing/consumer behaviour trends in relevant FMCG categories.
- Willingness to Travel: Eager to attend key events in Finland, expanding networking and relationship-building.
- Business Acumen and Multitasking: Understands market dynamics, managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of both Finish and English, with strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Creative and Innovative: Generates innovative ideas to boost product appeal and market growth.
- Budget Management: Proven track record in managing budgets to achieve marketing objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced in forecasting market trends and tackling challenges.
- Fitness and Wellness Passion: Driven by a passion for promoting wellness and fitness.
- Valid Driver's License: Capable and willing to travel for business requirements.
