As a Key Account Manager, you will have the full ownership of sales development for existing dealer portfolio. You will be part of the commercial team located in Helsinki working closely with external dealers and internal stakeholders.

No day is the same in sales.

Main tasks and responsibilities

The tasks will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for driving sales and profitability for appointed dealers
• Responsible for prospecting and main link between Santander and the dealer
• Increased, optimized and diversified finance product distribution
• Represent Santander and captive brands with a total client responsibility
• Must be able to travel minimum two days a week

• Decisive. Strong ability to execute also under pressure

Skills & Requirements

• Strong skills in MS Excel and Power Point
• Analytical and financial background
• Both tactical and strategic (sees the whole picture)
• Exceptional client targeting, negotiation and relationships skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both Finnish and English

Preferred experience & education

• Minimum two years documented experience from B2B client responsibility
• Preferably high understanding of leasing products and the leasing market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration, Marketing & Sales or similar
