We are now seeking a highly motivated

Manager, Connectivity & Operations Infrastructure

to Digital Service Operations team.

A purpose of the role is to enable functioning connectivity infrastructure in Service operations, primary scope alarm phone stabilization.

This role will report to the Director, Digital Service Operations.


Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Enable functioning connectivity infrastructure in Service operations (systems, tools, products, processes), primary scope alarm phones
  
• E2E responsibility of alarm phone stabilization project
  
  • Alarm phone devices
    
  • Telco/carrier network
    
  • Alarm call information storage solutions (KRM get well)
    
  • Alarm protocol handling solutions
    
  • Call center telephony
    
  • Installation and maintenance quality
    
  • Support Areas/frontlines setting up task forces and technical hubs
    
  • Align with Service Repairs, Customer Service, KTI and Areas on priorities and action plans
    
    

Requirements for the role:

• Professional background in Service Operations business or technical role developing/supporting related solutions like networked end to end alarm phone solutions
  
• A solid knowledge of Service operations process, system and device landscape
  
• A proven track of analytical and data management skills
  
• Experience in successful management of complex projects
  
• Understanding of costs, business principles and risk management
  
• Previous experience in a matrix organization, influencing and change management skills
  
• Ability to manage program and budget in a matrix setting
  
• University degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  
• Full professional proficiency in English
  

The position is located preferably in Espoo, Finland or in another major KONE location in Europe.
