Mechanic

We are looking for a motivated and eager to learn mechanic to join our maintenance team. You may be at the beginning of your career or already an experienced expert, but you want to develop with new tasks and the guidance of good colleagues. The work includes troubleshooting and repair tasks in addition to preventive and scheduled maintenance throughout our production environment. You will be involved in installing and supporting the commissioning of new machines and dismantling old machines. You will be responsible for reporting, safety, cleanliness and tidiness as part of your job. The work is mainly 2-shift work.
Who you are?
You are a self-motivated, careful and professional person with the right attitude. You will be motivated by your ability to contribute to the smooth running of the work and the quality of the end result to keep the production machinery running. You are not prepared to compromise on safety and quality at work. You are cooperative and have good interpersonal skills, working with production operators and supervisors. You are able to understand the bigger picture in order to solve problems together with others. You are willing to continue to invest in your own development and professional skills.

What you have?
  • Suitable basic vocational training and/or work experience in maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics is a plus.
  • Sufficiently good Finnish and/or Swedish and basic english language skills
  • Experience with maintenance systems (e.g. Maint Master) would be an advantage.
