We are looking for a passionate and skilled
(SENIOR) MECHANICAL ENGINEER
to join our innovative team in Espoo.

As a mechanical engineer, you will work closely together with our RF engineers. You will have an important role from the get-go of customer design projects:
Conceptual and detailed mechanical design.
Considering cost, maintainability, manufacturability, and environmental conditions.
Acknowledging structural, aerodynamic, thermal, and moisture management.
Conducting analyses, building prototypes, conduct testing and refine designs based on results.
Draft product specifications, manuals, and assembly instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, development, and manufacturing of mechanical products, machines, and structures, with a keen interest in all things technical. As this job can not be done only behind the laptop screen, we expect you to have manual skills as well and more importantly: enthusiasm to get your “hands dirty”.
Your expertise is based on technical education (B or MSc Mechanical Engineering) as well as relevant working history of at least few years. You are able to work independently with a high degree of responsibility, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure. This role is complex and diverse where you will manage projects from concept to production.
We expect you to have good oral and written communication skills in English.
