We are now part of Alaris Group. Alaris Group consists of five RF/antenna companies: COJOT (FIN), Alaris Antennas (SA), m WAVE (US), Kuhne Electronic (Germany) and Linwave (UK). As a part of COJOT Engineering group in Finland, you will work also in close co-operation with other R&D teams in South-Africa, USA, Germany and UK. More information https://cojot.alaris.tech/.
We are looking for a
SENIOR RF ENGINEER
to join our international and dynamic Engineering Group and contribute to creating state of the art RF/Antenna products in Espoo, Finland.
As an RF Engineer you will design new antenna products and concepts. You will innovate new features for COJOT smart antenna systems and ensure/verify RF quality of designs. Prototype making and troubleshooting are also important part of your job. In addition, you’ll create documentation for the project management and customer.
Is it you we are looking for?
We are looking for a designer who has senior level hands-on experience from designing antennas or other RF/EM products (preferably with AWR & CST). We appreciate at least B.Sc./B.Eng, preferably M.Sc./M.Eng degree in Electrical/Microwave Engineering. You probably have experience in electronics/PCB design (PADS) and HW/SW integration. You can also utilize your data analysis skills and your expertise with Matlab/Python.
This job requires good verbal and written communication skills in English. Communication in Finnish is considered as an advantage. We also value the ability to work part as a project team with good co-operation skills. As a person you are energetic, proactive and you have result oriented attitude.
