Office Administration Trainee

Are you our Office Administration Trainee, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, and our people are well looked after? Would you like to gain work experience in a management and technology consulting environment? Join our Internal Business Support team as a Trainee and contribute to the success of our practice!
Your role:
As an Office Administration Trainee, you will focus on supporting our people and organization through fluent and effective office coordination. Your main areas of responsibility include versatile office support tasks, event planning and organizing, and handling orders and invoices. You have a central role in making sure that we have a well-functioning office, and our people and guests are well taken care of.
The duration of the traineeship is about 4-5 months. The role is preferably full-time but there is flexibility to combine the position for example with your studies.
We are looking for:

Ongoing studies in a relevant field (for example: vocational qualification or bachelor’s degree in business)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Good IT skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Prior experience in office support tasks is considered as advantage

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and a proactive way of working. You build good relationships with people of all seniorities across the organization, as collaboration is an essential part of our culture.
