On-call trainee

• Actively support new product introduction and systematic quality assurance activities for the new components
• Actively support analysing supplier performance, identifying development opportunities and driving the development actions
• Actively support ensuring that Root Cause Analysis performed by the supplier, and the corrective & preventive actions that follow, address the actual root cause(s) and are implemented properly to prevent the recurrence of the defect
• Other validation and quality assurance-related activities

• A systematic way of working and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork, coordination and communication skills
• Experience of working in manufacturing or supply chain management
• Minimum 3 years of studies performed in M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or qualified equivalent degree
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in SAP is seen as a benefit
