On-call Trainee
We are now looking for a
On-Call Trainee
to join our team working for a better future.
The position is temporary for 5 months with possibility to continue as summer trainee. The preferred location is in Finland Vaasa and secondary in Helsinki or Turku.
What you will be doing
Responsible for supporting Contract Manufacturing category at ES&O with following main tasks:

e RFQ management
- Compiling RFQ package from cross-functional teams
- Preparing e RFQ
- Helping potential Suppliers in e RFQ tool and process
- Data analysis of submitted quotes
-
ECN cost tracking
- Following made ECNs of our products from cost point of view
- Consolidating made changes and their price effect to quarterly price lists
- Delivery reliability reporting and follow-up
- Supporting Contract manufacturing team members on various ad hoc reports and data analytics
- NDA management with new suppliers
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills e.g excel and experience or willingness to learn Power Bi etc reporting systems
- Attention to details, analytical mindset
- Ability to take responsibility
- Studies or previous work experience on Supply Chain is considered as a plus
- Most important is can-do attitude and willingness to learn – others we teach you.
