About the department
You will be working within the Industrial components product area in Assortment & Procurement department. Your colleagues are geographically dispersed across the Nordic region. Here, you will collaborate with others who are specialists in their respective fields.
About the position
In the role of Product Manager for Industrial Components, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from new product development to maintenance and phase-out. You will work closely with the Supply Chain regarding forecasts and purchasing, as well as in close collaboration with the Sustainability Department to ensure that the products have the correct certifications. This job includes travelling within the Nordics.
- Developing and creating Alligo's offering for the industrial customer segment, which includes bearings, power transmission & sealings
- Working closely with others within the category organization.
- Actively collaborating with the sales organization to develop products that meet customer requirements.
- Supporting the sales organization to drive sales.
- Monitoring market trends to understand what will be available and in demand in the market in a few years.
- Following up on how the product range is performing (sales, profitability, inventory, availability).
- Ensuring that the right product is launched in consultation with the sales organization in each country.
- Coordinating the product area with the rest of Alligo's total offering in consultation with the assortment/category manager and other product managers within Industrial Components and being coordinator between Finland and Nordic
- Ensuring proper certifications and legal compliance.
- Ensuring accurate supplier and product information in the system (ERP) in collaboration with PIM MD.

About you
To ensure we work well together, we see you as someone who is communicative and driven by development and results. In this position being coordinating link between Finland and Nordic is really important. You have an eye for detail, a well-developed analytical ability, and a structured way of working. You`re self-initiated, able to make desicions on you own and you are good handling pressure and multiple tasks.
In addition to your personal profile, you will need the following:
- Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written
- Since we are operating over the Nordic, you will also need to be proficient in English
- Swedish is not mandatory, but can be useful
- Experience in product management & development
- Experience in industrial components, especially in bearings, power transmission & sealings
- Good Office skills, especially excel & power point
- Good negoation skills and expertice in making contracts

Understanding of different KPIs and how to use those in your daily work
- Good understanding about different business systems
- Understading sustainability needs in the market
- Willingness to travel outside the country
- Support sales in competence development
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and purchasing routines
In this position starting salary level is between 4500-5500 € based on your earlier expertice and readiness for the task. Please put your salary expectations in the application along with reasonings.
