We’re looking for a talented Product Manager with strong Saa S experience to lead and grow EG Silverbucket, our innovative resource planning and management solution. As our Product Manager for EG Silverbucket, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the product's future and driving its success. You’ll work cross-functionally with development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure we’re continuously improving and innovating. Your deep understanding of Saa S solutions and market needs will help steer the product roadmap to meet both customer expectations and business objectives.

Our goal is to stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in technological innovations such as AI, to ensure our products set the standard for excellence for customers.
In EG we have an extensive product management framework, that supports the Product manager in the various parts of the discipline – hence mastering the toolbox will be an important part of your everyday work. In-depth analytical skills combined with the urge to create objective decisions on those will be crucial for your success.
Your key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy by identifying market opportunities and developing new concepts to keep EG Silverbucket ahead of the competition.
• Understand customer pain points and use data-driven insights to create a seamless user experience that delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain a close relationship with key customers to gather feedback and ensure Silverbucket continues to exceed expectations.
• Lead the development and execution of the EG Silverbucket product roadmap, aligning it with customer needs and business goals.
• Ensure successful product releases through effective collaboration with Product Owners and agile teams.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, especially focusing on international growth for new features and functionalities.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, it’s essential that you possess the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a Saa S environment.
• Domain expertise in resource management or project planning software solutions is highly valued.
• Excellent ability to transform customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
