As Project Manager you are planning, driving, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You collaborate with cross-functional team, handle resources, identify risks, and communicate progress to partners, ultimately driving projects to successful completion.
In the new energy era with emerging power markets, we provide our customers with innovative systems and solutions for an environmentally friendly integration of renewable energies. As a supplier of HVDC, FACTS and Grid Access Solutions as well as power cables and High-Voltage Substations for power utilities, developers and the power industry. We develop, produce and provide efficient, innovative and competitive systems, solutions and products as well as T&D services. In Finland, Baltic and Nordic region our main business is High-Voltage Substations as turnkey deliveries

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will be responsible for leading the projects on executing phase for our customers mostly in Finland, Baltic and Nordic countries. Our customers are typically Transmission and Distribution Utilities, but not limited to these.
The projects are mainly related to High-Voltage Substations. Your tasks as the project manager includes planning the activities and resources, organizing and motivating the project team, controlling time management and costs, analyzing and managing risks, and ensuring the customer satisfaction.
You will bear the responsibility for reporting of the progress of the project. Involvement in the project in offering phase supporting the sales by defining deliverables, finding subcontractors, budgeting etc. gives you variation to the site routines. You will be part of Finnish and Baltics execution team as a key player.


Your background
You have a technical educational background preferably on electricity. You have experience in site management and project execution in similar function or business area. Experience of work safety in project execution phase is highly recommended. We hope you are familiar with Power Distribution and Transmission systems and equipment.
You are driven and motivated to collaborate with customers seeking best possible solutions. You have ability to influence and think “out of the box”. Good communication skills, verbal and written, in Finnish and English is required, other Nordic or Baltic languages are considered as an advantage. This opportunity requires frequent travelling in Finland and possibly in Baltic & Nordic countries, including overnight stays.
