What You'll Do:
- Build a new model for renewing customer contracts: Analyze Virta customer portfolio and existing contract models to develop automated revenue increasing renewals model and execute it in collaboration with internal departments and managing and hiring relevant support roles.
- Master the process: Execute the renewal process for a global portfolio of customers
- Guide global operations: Support Virta global Geo offices with high touch customer renewals
- Own customer retention: Utilize digital Customer Engagement toolbox with optimized touchpoints for ensuring the best customer retention
- Analyze & strategize: Utilize data to identify renewal trends, churn risks, and opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate & communicate: Partner closely with Sales, Product and Technology teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall business growth.
- 3+ years experience in working with B2B customers
- Proven experience in developing Saa S renewal and renewals management strategies.
- Strong understanding of Saa S contractual models and relevant legislation and experience working with legal support.
- A track record of exceeding renewal targets and minimizing churn.
- Customer centric & go-to mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience in using digital tools for scaling up processes, including CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot) and other relevant business tools.
- Fluent written and verbal English. Any other languages like French, German, Swedish and Finnish are considered as a plus.
