About the role

At Tietoevry Care’s Data & AI unit we are reshaping healthcare and social care services by providing our customers with data- driven solutions and cloud data platforms. Our Data & AI team consists of high-end professionals working in data science, data engineering, data modelling, data advisory, cloud solutions, security and software development.

We are a growing international team of talented, continuously improving experts. With us you get to work with latest technologies, innovative new solutions and create wellbeing for the society

As a Senior Data Developer, you will have a key role in developing and designing data driven services and solutions for our Lakehouse Analytics - platform. You will be working in diverse teams consisting of top-level developers and customer’s experts.

To succeed in this role we would like you to have

Several years of Professional software development experience
Several years of Hands-on experience of data driven solutions
Strong software development skills in Python and SQL (or other software programming languages)
Strong Knowledge of big data related technologies like Databricks, Azure Synapse or Apache Spark
Experience of cloud solutions
Passion to continuously learn new things and aim higher
Passion to build great products and solve complex customer problems
Confidence and willingness to take responsibility, honesty and openness as a member of a team
Excellent communications skills in English and Finnish.

The following additional experience is valued:

Experience of social care and healthcare data
Data warehouse, data lakes or lakehouse
Dimensional data modelling, star schemas and data marts
Development of Power BI
