We are now looking for a Service Manager to oversee our customers operational and contractual needs at DNV Cyber Managed Services unit. You will provide service management for our continuous business, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationships. You act as trusted advisor for the assigned customers. You are a professional who can communicate both with technical and business stakeholders. You also have a commercial mind-set with the ability to identify new customer needs and solutions to meet these needs.

About our Managed Services organization
At DNV Cyber Managed Services we provide wide range of continuous cyber security services to our customers. This includes services such as SOC, XDR with Microsoft and Palo ecosystems, Vulnerability management, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting and more!

To be able to succeed in this position, you will need:

Min. 7 years of experience from IT, cyber security or similar services, including experience as Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager or similar
Ability to grasp customers’ contractual and business needs and proactively seek for solutions
Skills to plan and organize operative and steering group meetings
Good self-awareness, appreciate different communication-styles and be ready to compromise or challenge when needed
Experience from reporting service levels and other KPIs to customers
Ability to drive cyber security roadmap discussions, how cyber security services can be improved in service lifecycle with the customers
Eagerness to learn about different kind of security controls
Ability to prioritize, delegate, track and coordinate multiple tasks
Fluent English, and Swedish OR Finnish skills

The position is permanent and full-time. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland with remote working possibility.
