• Contribute actively on the development and implementation of packaging sourcing strategy
• Conducting supplier selection, relationship management, negotiations in line with accepted strategy and policies, practices, and sustainability guidelines
• Continuously evaluate suppliers’ performance based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, sustainability and flexibility and conduct corrective actions as needed
• Lead actively local sourcing projects together with internal stakeholders and Suppliers
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders e.g. Brand & Portfolio, Sales, Supply Planning and R&D to meet objectives set for the packaging category.
• Monitor & benchmark market trends, development, and best practices
• Identify, realize and track saving opportunities and initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in your area of responsibility

• University degree with major in economics, engineering, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in sourcing in an international environment, particularly packaging sourcing experience is seen as benefit to this role
• Analytical skills and mindset combined with extended negotiations skills and knowledge of commercial contracts
• Strong business acumen, result oriented, making things happen
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge and skills of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point etc.)

• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
