About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Specialist Software Engineer within our global Customer Success team. As a Specialist Software Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients using products, such as Qt, Squish, Coco and Axivion. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering timely and effective support solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Specialist Software Engineer within our global Customer Success team. As a Specialist Software Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to our clients using products, such as Qt, Squish, Coco and Axivion. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering timely and effective support solutions.
You will:
- Provide optimal solutions for customers
- Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
- Work on several Qt supported platforms
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our products
- Work with our R&D team to help provide solutions for bugs found by customers
- Provide support and guidance via email and virtual meetings
- Conduct onboardings for new customers
- Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers needs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Strong programming experience with C++
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a curiosity for technical problems and motivation to help customers
- Strong German language skills
- Additional technical qualifications will be an advantage
- Javascript and Python experience
- Experience with automated GUI testing (via Squish, QTP, QC, Auto Hotkey, or others)
