HappySignals
Tech Lead, Customer Success
Helsinki
FULL TIME
September 13, 2024
At Happy Signals, we're looking for someone passionate about IT Experience Management to join our Customer Success team in Helsinki, Finland. You'll play a key role in ensuring our global customers—from the UK to the US—achieve their goals with Happy Signals platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your technical and professional skills in a collaborative, cutting-edge environment. While your focus will be on direct customer engagement and technical problem-solving, you won't be managing a team. Instead, you'll serve as the go-to technical lead. If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a real impact, we're eager to meet you!
As Tech Lead, Customer Success at Happy Signals, you will:
- actively help our global customers with product implementation, configuration and technical support, particularly in Service Now environments
- resolve technical issues related to the Happy Signals platform and integration applications
- take part in developing our best-practices, processes, and product
- curate and expand our self-service knowledge base
- craft instructional content, including articles and videos, to facilitate exceptional customer support
- grow your skills and knowhow in a fast-moving environment backed by our supportive team
- have several years of experience working with ITSM processes, integrations and scripting
- have several years of experience in Service Now and potentially other ITSM tools (like Freshservice, Ivanti, Jira)
- have an architectural, solution-oriented mindset and true passion for making customers successful — with excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- be able to effectively simplify complex technical topics for customers with varying levels of IT expertise
- have a positive attitude, feel comfortable in a collaborative and transparent environment, actively sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams where your input is valued and your ideas can shape our product's future
- Growth: opportunities for professional development and career growth.
- Culture: work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and creativity.
- Flexibility: enjoy a role that offers occasional travel and a chance to work with diverse teams.
Happy Signals is a company where culture matters. We offer training, coaching, and great opportunities for you to grow and develop your skills and experience with an innovative IT product. We value and encourage work-life balance. With us you get a competitive package of benefits including for example:
- Generous holidays: enjoy ample time off to relax and recharge
- Flexible working hours: customize your schedule to fit your lifestyle
- Comprehensive healthcare: benefit from extensive occupational healthcare and insurance including dental coverage
- Mental wellbeing support: access resources and support to keep you feeling your best
Ready to make a difference?
If you're excited about the role and Happy Signals, we'd love to hear from you. Apply by 13.10.2024 to join our team at Happy Signals and help us make a positive impact on our customers' journeys. If you have any questions regarding the role please contact Memmu Mazengo +358505954702 on Mon 16.9 15-16, Thursday 19.9 10.30-12 or 15-16.
