We are looking for a skilled Transformation lead with strong experience in project/program management with a customer experience mindset, insight into the opportunities offered by technology and ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders. You will work as a growth leader as a part of our customer organizations, typically mid-sized growth companies, supporting the customer in their business development and transformation programs.

Main tasks in customer transformation

• A trusted partner and an advisor to business decision makers, typically on a management team or board level. You will help and support the customer to reach the right decisions.

• Stakeholder for overall transformation, collects all needed capabilities to help customer succeed.

• Leads and supports customers in business and technology transformation and organizational change as a program leader.

• Understands and helps customers to realize how capabilities/technology solutions / business platforms / ecosystem services benefit business transformation.

• Leads transformation team at the customer and is her/himself a team player both in customer organization and inside Sofigate.

• Fulfills further needs of the customer and/or transformation (new capabilities, techs, services, resources). Finds the best solutions or talents from Sofigate’s portfolio or from other vendors. Can lead the sourcing.

What we expect

• Senior level leader with experience in strategic level business development in mid-sized companies. Understands how business technology can make a significant difference in business development.
• Speaks C-level business language fluently but is also capable of communicating with IT and IT vendors.
• Good competence in most of/all following areas: business management, demand management, project and program management, change management, vendor/ecosystem/sourcing management as well as team leadership.
• Experience in the following areas is considered an asset: Salesforce, Service Now, ESG technology project management, ESG data development and consultancy, knowledge of CSDR and sustainability reporting.
• Communicates fluently in Finnish and in English.
• Active and easy-going personality with strong loyal and customer-centered attitude who can build and maintain trustworthy relationships.
