What will you be responsible for?
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong industrial profile, capable of integrating into a deep tech environment and managing the legal, technical, health, and safety aspects related to Gourmey’s projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance while supporting the growth of our organization, particularly in managing collective agreements (working hours, night work) and health and safety requirements at work. You will play a key role in guiding managers to help them navigate these different issues.
Gourmey's transition to an industrial model will require a particular ability to lead projects in related but fundamentally different environments.
Main Responsibilities:

Compliance and Labor Relations:
- Manage HR aspects specific to industrial environments: working time agreements, night work, safety, health, and other collective agreements.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and aligning HR practices with labor laws and social relations.
- Handle labor relations and prepare for collective bargaining negotiations.

Talent Management and Manager Support:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to meet the needs of industrial sites.
- Assist managers with daily team management by supporting the application of HR processes, performance tracking, and legal obligations (for support and industrial functions).
- Design and implement training programs related to health and safety, ensuring skills development in these specific areas.

Health, Safety, and Working Conditions:
- Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures on industrial sites, in accordance with local and international standards.
- Participate in the creation and updating of the single occupational risk assessment document (DUER), ensuring the implementation of prevention plans and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to create a safe working environment, including risk management and accident prevention.

HR Strategy and Transformation Projects:
- Support organizational transformation as part of our rapid growth by aligning HR strategy with the company’s industrial objectives.
- Contribute to optimizing HR processes (career management, performance evaluation, talent retention), considering the specific needs of industrial teams.
- Proactively contribute to large-scale HR projects, particularly in diversity, inclusion, and engagement within an international and multicultural environment.

Desired Profile:

Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with significant experience in an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, social relations management, and expertise in occupational health and safety.

Technical and Legal Skills:
- Mastery of collective agreements, working hours, night work, and legal obligations related to health and safety in an industrial environment.
- Ability to manage industrial risks and anticipate safety, prevention, and working condition needs.

Interpersonal Skills and Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multicultural and technical teams.
- Ability to manage labor relations in the context of industrialization and proactively support teams.
- Proven experience in supporting managers on HR and industrial issues.

Rigor and Autonomy:
- Ability to operate in a high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring legal compliance and employee safety.
