Job Description

Within the Operations Management Division, you are responsible for processing transfer files for SCPI associates and contributing to the various activities of the client account. You are the preferred contact for partners and notaries.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
  • Process and/or control estate files according to the procedure;
  • Regularize dividends outstanding for the benefit of heirs;
  • Investigate and manage files relating to donations, divorce and dissolution of PACS;
  • Process transfers of a type by mutual agreement or end of temporary dismemberment;
  • Respond to specific requests from notaries, heirs, clients or partners,
  • Manage the files of amounts that are dormant and participate in the tax campaign.

About the recruitment process

Within the Operations Management Division, you will be responsible for processing SCPI associates transfer files and contributing to various client account activities.
From an operational perspective, you are responsible for:
  • Open/Process and/or control estates in accordance with the procedure,
  • Preferred contact person for partners, notaries,
  • Creation of new heir clients, transfer of units to the benefit of heirs, follow-up of SCPI if necessary,
  • Regularization of dividends pending for the benefit of heirs,
  • Instruct and manage donation files, To handle transfers of the type of OTC or other or end of temporary dismemberment,
  • To respond to specific requests from notaries, heirs, clients or partners,
  • To manage the files of amounts in default,
  • Participate in the tax campaign,

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education in law, specialising in family law, inheritance and gifts, or notarial law, you have significant first experience in a similar position, ideally in a regulated sector such as banking, insurance or management company.

You are familiar with:
  • Legal and tax concepts;
  • Computer tools (Excel, Word and Outlook);
  • Ideally, the Unicia tool.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
  • Rigorous and recognized for your writing skills;
  • Autonomous, versatile and proactive;
