Job Description

You join the Global Markets Compliance team as a Compliance Officer. In this team, you are responsible for advising the Global Markets businesses, particularly on Credit, and training their employees (Front Office and Operations), while promoting a culture of compliance. You are also responsible for drafting, reviewing and updating Global Markets compliance operating procedures, while providing support to the front office, and contributing to the Natixis compliance program by developing policies and procedures;
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
  • Providing advice on the bank’s regulations, policies and procedures, as well as ensuring regulatory monitoring;
  • Analyze and issue compliance opinions within the framework of new products and new activities committees;
  • Participate in the animation of the LOD1 system and be an actor of the LOD2 system by developing the mapping and assessing the risks of non- compliancecompliance;
  • Support the implementation of second-level controls and define action and control plans;
  • Contribute to the monitoring of "findings" applicable to the business you cover following second-level audits or controls, and analyze the Market Abuse alerts sent to you;
  • Prepare and participate in the visits, investigations and controls of regulators;
  • Monitor platform and exchange requests on compliance topics, remain attentive to the requirements and needs of our branches, and escalate in time to your management the identified topics.

About the recruitment process

    Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

    With a background in law, finance or economics, you have solid experience in compliance-related functions.

    You are familiar with:
    • MIFIR regulations (including product governance), ESG, EMIR, MAR, DFA Title VII;
    • Financial instruments and market activities.

    You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
    • Comfortable working independently and as a team;
    • Able to identify and escalate the management of identified topics;
    • Able to embody the compliance function with internal and external stakeholders.

    You master English with a C1 level.
