<span 72="">For a 1-year mission, we are looking for a People Engagement Project Manager reporting to the Center Of Expertise Group People Engagement Director. Your mission will be to take the lead on 3 key streams of the Employee Value Proposition “Nurture” roadmap :

• <span 72="">Engagement survey <span 72="">YOUR VOICE:
  • <span 72="">Your Voice Survey <span 72="">preparation and <span 72="">deployment
  • <span 72="">Group action plan recommendation <span 72="">to Excom <span 72="">& follow-up after Global Survey
  • <span 72="">Support local HR in development of engagement (local action plans, local pulses)
  • <span 72="">Launch <span 72="">and manage <span 72="">Group action plans when relevant.
• <span 72="">Employee shareholding WE SHARE:
  • <span 72="">Management of the engagement part of the We Share project
  • <span 72="">Network <span 72="">communication <span 72="">tools coordination <span 72="">with partner agency
  • <span 72="">Local <span 72="">network training coordination <span 72="">with partner agency
  • <span 72="">Animation of network

<span 72="">You demonstrate a solid background in Project Management, with a proven track record in project management and strong passion for the social aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

<span 72="">With a strong customer-centric approach, you prioritize the needs and satisfaction in all project management endeavors. Your agile mindset allows you to seamlessly blend strategic thinking with operational efficiency, ensuring that projects are not only well-planned but also effectively executed. Your drive, pro-activity, and autonomy are evident in your track record of taking initiative, leading projects, and consistently delivering results.

<span 72="">Additionally, you demonstrate drive, pro-activity, and autonomy, along with excellent interpersonal skills (communication & influence skills) to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

<span 72="">Fluency in English is required, as well as an expertise in PPT and Excel, allowing you to demonstrate your analytical capabilities.
