Job Description

You join the Asset Services team within the Asset Management France Division of AEW. In this team, our job is to deploy good management practices and ensure effective use of the management tools provided to asset managers. We also focus on the effective management of AEW business data related to asset management. In addition, we are working on the development of methods to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency and monitor department activity.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

Preparing expertise and asset valuation campaigns: preparation of Business Plans, review of expertise, support to investment teams for securities opinions, collaboration with external real estate experts, preparation of MSCI benchmarks, analysis of results and dissemination to internal clients;
Collect and process financial information related to AEW’s assets to update a quarterly database, enabling reporting and analysis for the asset and fund management team;
Ensure continuous improvement in the use of tools (SONEKA) and contribute as business project manager to the success of the deployment of new asset management tools in France and Europe;
Participate in the preparation of business plans and their production process;
Prepare management reports for management based on available management data.

Financial and real estate analysis and cash flow modelling;
Microsoft Office package and data management;
rules and principles governing real estate experts.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good ability to listen, you are:

Rigorous and accurate,
Able to work as a team.

You master English with a B2 level.
