• Preparing expertise and asset valuation campaigns: preparation of Business Plans, review of expertise, support to investment teams for securities opinions, collaboration with external real estate experts, preparation of MSCI benchmarks, analysis of results and dissemination to internal clients;
• Collect and process financial information related to AEW’s assets to update a quarterly database, enabling reporting and analysis for the asset and fund management team;
• Ensure continuous improvement in the use of tools (SONEKA) and contribute as business project manager to the success of the deployment of new asset management tools in France and Europe;
• Participate in the preparation of business plans and their production process;
• Prepare management reports for management based on available management data.
