REGION: Germany, DACH region
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide technical consultation to customers, offering risk evaluations and design reviews for new and retrofit projects in the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.
    Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting and resolve installation or application challenges.
    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients while ensuring alignment with internal teams.
    Assist in the development and maintenance of sales tools and documentation.
    Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Account Managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive service offerings.
PROFILE:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
    Strong passion for technical customer support.
    Ability and willingness to travel across the DACH region (~35%).
    Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Solid Works) and Microsoft Office.
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.
    Professional fluency in German and advanced communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
We offer a competitive salary package based on a local German contract, performance-based profit sharing, and excellent benefits, including pension plans, health insurance, and life insurance contributions.

The first selection and interviews are being done by Beyondo. After this up to possibly 5 more with the client and different departments.
