These are your tasks:

• Managing global insurance contracts, including invoice verification, tracking of contractual obligations and submission of risk data for annual renewal
  
• Claims management in close cooperation with our insurance broker and internal departments
  
• Advising internal departments on insurance-related issues to ensure that all departments are well informed
  
• Reviewing insurance-related requirements for customer orders to ensure that all risks are adequately covered
  
• General documentation and correspondence between internal departments and our insurance broker, insurers and assessors to ensure a smooth flow of information
  

What you bring:

• Successfully completed training as a business economist or ideally as a specialist in insurance and finance or a comparable qualification
  
• Initial experience in the field of corporate insurance in an industrial or commercial environment is desirable
  
• Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge an advantage
  
• Strong self-organized and communicative way of working combined with a high quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German at least B2 level
