Key Account Manager Transformers (m/f/d)


As Key Account Manager Transformers (m/f/d) at SGB-SMIT Group, you are responsible for the support of key customers and the further development of our sales strategy in the area of major customers.

These are your tasks:
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with key customers in the transformer industry
  • Understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure profitable business
  • Working with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
This is what you bring:
  • Degree in electrical engineering, further training as an electrical engineer or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales including project management of products requiring explanation are an advantage
  • Ideally experience with SAP R/3 module SD
  • Profound knowledge and very confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
