- Working Hours: Part-Time /On-demand, Standard Business Hours
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
- Preferred Contract: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) – you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)
- Language : Bilingual (English + Local Language)
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Level professional to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions
- Document all technical issues and resolutions
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
