In this role, you will support and oversee inventory for all on-site technology and end-user equipment; troubleshoot user workstations and workstation software; and maintain network equipment, including file servers, routers and switches. You will also help with AV and conferencing needs, providing support for Gallup-hosted events. When it comes to ensuring that technology experiences are flawless, we will turn to you.

- At least two years of experience in a technical help desk or technical customer service-related capacity required
- Experience in a Windows user and server environment and experience supporting all Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to work at Gallup’s Berlin office four to five days a week, depending on office needs, required
- Broad knowledge of networking, hardware installation and setup, and software applications as well as experience troubleshooting technical issues required
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and to multitask while remaining focused on the customer required
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom preferred
- Relevant certifications and education background in IT are welcome as part of a strong candidacy
- Must be authorized to work in Germany on a full-time basis
