In Germany, our core clinic (Juniper) focuses on supporting women with under-treated, complex and challenging conditions such as weight gain.
Your responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with our Marketing team in Germany, and work closely with teams in Australia and the UK
  • Design and develop intuitive, pixel-perfect website and landing page experiences that are mobile-responsive, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey
  • Focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by designing user-centric experiences that drive engagement and conversions across key website and landing page touchpoints
  • Use Figma to transform briefs or lo-fi wireframes into high-fidelity designs for developers to implement in Webflow
  • Apply your creative vision to enhance the current corporate identity (CI), making thoughtful improvements while maintaining brand integrity
About You:
  • 3+ years experience working as a UX designer at an agency or studio or another Startup/Scale up
  • Communicate fluently in German - written and verbally
  • Good English skills (B2+ Level)
  • Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the principles of graphic design
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders; working in a team.
  • Track record of bringing people on the journey with you – they know what's changing and why
