Global Supplier Development Lead (m/f/d)

As Global Supplier Development Lead (m/f/d) at SGB-SMIT Group, you will be responsible, among other things, for managing and executing the entire audit process as well as harmonizing and improving internal supplier development processes, guidelines, KPIs and material specifications.

These are your tasks:

• Management and execution of the entire audit process, from preparation to execution and follow-up
  
• You will lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPIs, as well as material specifications at all SGB-SMIT locations
  
• Collaborate with global category managers to identify critical, strategic and potential suppliers
  
• Improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology
  
• Support the internal organization in supplier and material release processes

This is what you bring:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  
• Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
  
• ISO auditor certification, ideally according to ISO 9001, 14001 Environment, 45001 Safety
  
• Exceptional skills in the areas of analytics, project and process management
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
