We are looking for a passionate engineer to join our highly efficient core team. An exciting journey to the number 1 sustainability platform for SMEs in Europe is waiting for you and you can be part of it.

WHAT YOU DO

You will...

• Develop robust backend solutions using Python, Django Rest Framework, and AWS.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional scrum team to take up medium to large technical work independently.
• Design, code and launch new features.
• Develop and maintain our API with a focus on security and reliability.
• Stay-up-to date with the latest technologies and best practices in engineering.

WHO YOU ARE

• Backend developer with 2+ years of experience in web development and cloud computing
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficient in Python and its ecosystem, particularly Django and Django Rest Framework
• Experience with databases, data modeling, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and constructive feedback
• Passionate about continuous learning and applying new technologies
• Fluent in English.
• You’re located in Germany.

Technical skills:

• Python (essential)
• Django / Django Rest Framework (essential)
• AWS (essential)
• RESTful API design and development
• Database management (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL)
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
