They have raised five funds and manage a substantial portfolio of assets. It primarily targets small to medium-sized companies but also partners with Limited Partners for larger transactions, including some significantly exceeding typical deal sizes. They are currently looking to add an Analyst to their team who will support on all relevant due diligence workstreams. What the job involves

• Investment screening: Research and initial contact for potential investment opportunities
• Market research: Industry analysis and research tasks
• Financial analysis: Supporting the creation of valuation models and investment case presentations
• Project assistance: Working on development projects within portfolio companies

Who we are looking for

• From university to 2 years of experience gained in an investment bank, management consulting or Big 4
• Driven and motivated with a focus on learning about private equity
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in German and English
