• Basic level process development for Epi and metrology process
• Main interface towards FAB in terms of operational communications, operations, trainings, etc
• Support and take main part of preparation of all documents for releasing the operation and processes on all processing tools in the Ga N Epi process module
• Set up, maintain and execute none-standard process/process flows/characterizations for Epi R&D purpose

• Bachelors or Masters degree in physics, material sciences, electric engineering or in a similar field
• Min. 3 years relevant experience, depending on educational credentials
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, epitaxial process and related characterization techniques
• Work experience in cleanroom (especially semiconductor production environment) is a plus
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
• Fluent in German and English
• Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
