THE ROLE

• Supporting daily administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ and Pardot, and integrated 3rd-party tools (Docu Sign, Talkdesk, Demodesk)
• Working closely with the Senior Salesforce Specialist to actively participate in the technical refactoring of our organization from legacy code and data to a cleaner, more up-to-date, and maintainable architecture
• Participating in the design of new business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and external agencies, and translating those processes into new Salesforce configurations and automations
• Exploring market tools that can elevate the technical capabilities of the Rev Ops team and streamline its operations

YOUR PROFILE

• Salesforce Knowledge: you have 1-1.5 years of work experience in a Salesforce client-facing role as an external or in-house consultant, or in a Salesforce Support role, with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals
• Technical Skills: you have prior experience with Sales Cloud and are comfortable building reports and dashboards
• Attention to detail: you recognise that small details in technical solutions will make a significance difference over time
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: you analyse business requirements and develop effective solutions within Salesforce
• Critical thinking and self-starter: you understand the importance of asking questions and take the initiative to gather necessary information from end-users, colleagues across the company, and external parties
• User-Centric Approach: you focus on improving user experience and efficiency through thoughtful Salesforce implementations.
