THE ROLE

• Support: providing frontline support to address the daily needs and queries of our 25 GTM Reps
• System Maintenance: assisting with the administration and optimization of core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Demodesk, and Talkdesk
• Project Management: assisting with various Rev Ops projects across the customer journey to optimize revenue generation and overall profitability
• Data Management: ensuring CRM data accuracy and reliability
• Reporting: building, analyzing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to track performance and generate insights

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in an operations role focused on revenue, sales, or customer success, ideally within a B2B Saa S company
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in creating clear, comprehensive documentation for ongoing processes
• Highly motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and grow in the Rev Ops field
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
• Currently based in Germany with a valid work visa
