KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER F/HETERNITY SYSTEMS is the world leader in the industrial washing of reusable packaging for the food industry (fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, bakery products, etc.), as well as the washing of primary or secondary containers (pallets, hoppers, bins, bottles, tupperware, jars, jars, cups, etc.) for all other industries.
With operations in Europe (France, Spain, Portugal and Germany) and North America (United States and Canada), we employ 1,400 people.
As part of our development, based in particular on our ambition to put our knowledge at the service of the circular economy, we are recruiting a Key Account Manager.
You will take charge of the commercial relationship with our long-standing customer in Europe (Germany, France, Spain and Portugal) and develop a long-term relationship based on trust.
Your responsibilities will include

• Negotiating contracts and services
• Customer relationship management and coordination with operational teams
• Supporting customers in their development projects,
• Communication about our services, innovations and industrial capabilities,

In a second phase, you will be responsible for structuring key account relations for our reusable containers business for the catering and industrial sectors:

• Structuring the perimeter,
• Hosting events for our customers,
• Participation in events in our sector,
• Build loyalty among our partners and customers.

With a business degree (Bac+5) from a business school or similar, you have experience in managing key accounts in sectors such as automotive, catering or recycling and waste management.
Naturally interested in the circular and reuse economy, your speed of execution, autonomy and adaptability will be the assets you need to succeed. You like being on the floor and are obviously concerned by technical processes.
You are fluent in German and English, and the position is ideally based in Germany (Düsseldorf). You enjoy sharing and gaining experience in a model where the collective makes the success, where values are strong.
You will be required to travel throughout Europe.
