WHY JOIN WFP?

Develop and manage a product roadmap for Share The Meal, together with Share The Meal’s Head of Product Implement new features to improve and iterate on existing functionalities, together with Share The Meal’s development team

• A product roadmap are defined in line with initiative KPIs
• Key product improvements and features of this roadmap have been successfully implemented

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Strong business understanding with experience in the growth and scaling of B2C environment
• Deep technical understanding of the mobile application ecosystem (i OS and Android)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills enabling you to interact effectively with stakeholders, developers, designers, content, QA and BI
• Ability to interact with managers with maturity and tact
• Mature judgment with strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative spirit able to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels and across different cultures and to act with credibility and diplomacy
• Strong time management skills with an ability to plan, and anticipate requirements, problems, and obstacles, and an ability to juggle

Languages: In addition to high proficiency in written and spoken English, knowledge of a second UN language is a plus
