Manhattan Activ WMS Support Engineer

Our client a leading 3PL and logistics and supply chain solutions provider, committed to delivering excellence in warehouse management. To continue their success and provide unparalleled support to their clients, we are seeking a talented WMS Manhattan Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a WMS Manhattan Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our warehouse management systems. Handling both Level 1 and Level 2 support issues, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges to minimize downtime and optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency in Manhattan WMS, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Manhattan WMS, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and performance analysis to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support as needed to address critical issues and emergencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting Manhattan WMS (Scale, WMOS, SCI, Activ) is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or attend training sessions (if required).
