Job Description:
You will provide first-line support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Reflex Web, as well as basic infrastructure support

Support:
    • Provide first-line support for WMS Reflex Web users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving queries.
    • Assist with user account management, permissions, and system configurations within the WMS.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the 2nd Line Support or relevant teams as necessary.
    • Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
    • Perform basic infrastructure tasks such as checking network cables and restarting switches when needed.
    • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the appropriate teams.
    • Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for new users.
    • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience as a Key User or WMS IT Supporter.
    • Prior experience in a 1st Line Support role or similar position is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with WMS Reflex Web.
    • Overall technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
    • Proficiency in using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
    • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Warehouse operation knowledge.
