Job Description:
You will provide first-line support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Reflex Web, as well as basic infrastructure support
Support:
- Provide first-line support for WMS Reflex Web users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving queries.
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and system configurations within the WMS.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the 2nd Line Support or relevant teams as necessary.
- Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Perform basic infrastructure tasks such as checking network cables and restarting switches when needed.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the appropriate teams.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for new users.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a Key User or WMS IT Supporter.
- Prior experience in a 1st Line Support role or similar position is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with WMS Reflex Web.
- Overall technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Warehouse operation knowledge.
