Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries is looking for an Order Management Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Your impact:

• In your role as Order Management Specialist EMEA (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers, sales, service and global supply chain functions for order delivery;
• You create and execute a flawless, customer-centric process encompassing order-to-delivery;
• You ensure timely processing of sales orders for printing systems, ink and spare parts in the EMEA region under consideration of payment terms, and shipping conditions;
• Upon request, you participate in operational projects for process design and optimization;
• KPI Monitoring and Improvement in close cooperation with Interface Functions complete your profile.

Requirements:

Your expertise:

• Completed vocational training or studies in economics and related fields;
• First years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Logistics are a plus;
• Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP Systems;
• Customer-oriented, organized and analytical thinking;
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for relationship management;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in high-pressure environments;
• Fluency in English and German, and any other language will be considered a plus.
