What you’ll do & Who you are

At Kleinanzeigen, we are investing in the growth and expansion of the real estate category (around 90 million monthly visits). In 2015, we launched our own product for real estate professionals. Since then, over 11,000 real estate professionals have already decided to use us as a fair partner for marketing their properties.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Senior Sales Marketing Manager, Real Estate (d/w/m) to take our sales and marketing activities strategically and operationally to the next level, generate growth and to create a successful Go-To-Market approach.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

You will report to the Team Lead, Sales Marketing.

Your role:

Together with the Sales Marketing and the overarching Kleinanzeigen Real Estate Team, you will focus on scaling the Kleinanzeigen sales success in the upcoming years.
You are resposible for creating marketing and lead generation activities for the entire Real Estate Vertical.
You are responsible for the planning, execution and debriefing of Sales Marketing activities such as offline and online events and the general performance measurement, including the evaluation of internal data for creating communication material and the creation of complex KPI analyses to align the strategy of own projects.
You will establish a good connection between Kleinanzeigen and external partners such as industry associations, agencies and important partners of the real estate segment.
You will work together with the sales, marketing, go-to-market and product teams to ensure the cross-functionality of Kleinanzeigen.

Your profile:

5+ years of relevant experience with a sales marketing focus, ideally in B2B business or the real estate industry
Relevant experience in event management, content marketing, lead generation and cross-functional project management
Sound knowledge of the German Real Estate market
Experience using CRM and sales databases (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau)
Professional experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces
Knowledge in working with KPIs and ability to conclude further actions out of KPI metrics
Experience in visualising data and presenting these in front of internal stakeholders
You can create target group focused content and presentations for keynotes and other speaking opportunities.
Business fluent in German and English.
