What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for you to join our team as an Advertising Yield & Revenue Manager (d/f/m)!

About the team:

The team is a cross-divisional team that supports different advertising business areas and drives growth with the help of Ad Tech innovations. You will be one of 4 other members of the team who all report to the Revenue Management Lead. Each of your is responsible for their own domain within our revenue streams. The Revenue Management Team optimizes the advertising inventory to improve the profitability. Knowledge sharing and cooperation are very important to us. For this reason, we have multiple rituals and processes within our team to share industry innovations and best practices.

You will enjoy a flexible work environment, with a hybrid setup that combines remote work with some regular on-site meetings in our OPD office in Berlin (Charlottenburg).

What you'll do:

Drive holistic yield improvements across multiple advertising channels (Display, Google Ad Sense for Search and Shopping, and other Product Listing Ad Solutions)
Develop relevant insights backed by data and shape e Bay Kleinanzeigen´s long-term advertising strategy
Translate changes in business performance to one (or many) root causes and synthesize multiple data inputs to put those changes into context
Interact across multiple teams and divisions (product, development & business development) to build and implement integrated advertising solutions
Maintain and develop the relationship with our strategic advertising partners.

Who you are:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Social Science)
First relevant experience in performance marketing, analytics, or yield management
3+ years of experience in data analysis and a good command of MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Good knowledge of online advertising industry and marketplace trends
Understanding of performance metrics like CPM, CPC and CTR
Knowledge of analytics platforms like Tableau and Google Analytics is a strong plus
Familiarity with A/B Testing methodologies and experimental design.
